VP / SVP - Corporate Banking / Project Finance

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, understanding their financing needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Originate, structure, and execute financing transactions, including project finance, syndicated loans, and structured finance deals.
• Conduct thorough credit analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence on potential transactions.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as credit risk, legal, and compliance teams to ensure transactions are in compliance with regulations and policies.
• Monitor and manage the performance of existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling banking products and services.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CFA qualification preferred.
• 10-15+ years of relevant experience in corporate banking, project finance, or investment banking, preferably with a focus on the Middle East market.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance principles, credit analysis, and financial modelling.
• Proven track record of successfully executing complex financing transactions and managing client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
