This individual will create and publish engaging content across various social media platforms, build and manage our online community, and track and analyze social media performance metrics. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure that our social media efforts are integrated into our overall marketing and communications plan.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our brand and business goals.Create and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube)Manage and grow our online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and moderating user-generated content.Develop and execute social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.Monitor social media performance metrics and use data to inform future content and campaign decisions.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that social media efforts are integrated into our overall marketing and communications plan.Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and new technologies and toolsIdentify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our social media reach.Work with our legal team to ensure that all social media content complies with relevant regulations and guidelines.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related fieldProven experience as a social media manager or similar roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practicesExperience with social media analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite)Ability to think creatively and develop engaging content that aligns with our brand and business goalsStrong project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFamiliarity with the cosmetic industry and/or medical device marketing is a plusUnderstanding of FDA regulations and guidelines is a plus Medical Equipment Manufacturing,Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
