Job Responsibilities:- Plan and perform electrical preventive maintenance.
- Perform diagnose on machinery and equipment to detect, investigate irregularities and malfunctions and taking corrective actions.
- Regular inspection on site electrical safety compliance.
- Ensure that the site comply with UL, local standards and GMP.
- Fill out logs and have professional communication with colleagues, supervisors, managers, and operators.
- Study, design and implement Kaizens.
- Work with different departments to successfully deliver new projects and innovations.
- Develop SMPs for routine tasks and MOCs for any electrical changes.
- Active participation and development in manufacturing excellence programs.
- Active participation in trainings.
- Work in rotational shifts.
- High School Diploma or electrical education degree is required.
- Two or more years in relevant experience.
- Advanced knowledge in low voltage, PLCs, SCADA, Classical control, VFDs, Servo, stepping and induction motors, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Hand Tools & Power Tools.
- Basic knowledge in communication protocols.
- Basic knowledge in medium voltage and light current.
- Demonstrated proficiency with technologies including ability to operate computers, and basic mathematical skills.
- Team Player.
- High level of accountability and ownership.
- Eager for personal development.
