Financial Controller (Group Reporting & FP&A)

You will provide guidance on accounting, consolidation and taxation relating to changes in accounting standards impacting the Group, new acquisitions, disposals and restructuring etc. You will review and manage the Group’s cashflow, variance analysis of P&L and Balance Sheet at the Group level to support reporting to Audit Committee and Board of Directors. Requirements: You possess a professional degree in Accountancy or professional qualification CA/ACCA/CPA, with at least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate, BIG4 audit and SGX listed reporting. You are proficient in local and international accounting standards including a good understanding and knowledge of consolidation, with strong communication and presentation skills, good people-management, organisation skills, independent and comfortable working in a fast growing and entrepreneurial environment.
