HR Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist will provide employee and Human Resources staff support in several functional areas including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, training & development and some payroll duties. Maintains hardcopy and softcopy of staff files. Serves as the initial point of contact for employees with HR-related questions. Some of the HR Generalist responsibilities but not limited to the following mentioned below: 1. Recruitment, Selection and Hiring
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Managing HR records including, résumés, applicant logs, and employee forms.
- Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion.
- Issuing new employees with enrollment documents.
- Conducting employee orientations.
- Explaining employee benefits.
- Responding to HR-related queries within the company.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Plan and deliver employee engagement programs and activities. (General Assembly, Company Outing, Christmas Party)
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
- Enforces and supports company disciplinary processes.
- Monitors and sanctions employee violations on company’s code of conduct
- Responsible for protecting the interest of the company through conflict management strategies.
- Helps determine training needs for employees.
- Put together activities to help in reinforcing employee competencies.
- Help promote a culture of learning for employees' continued growth.
- Organize and coordinate Learning and Development programs for the organization.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis
- Source training suppliers, coordinate and organize training
- Process post training documentation and billing
- Track L&D Employee Progress
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related (essential).
- 2 years of experience as an HR coordinator (essential).
- Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
- Excellent record-keeping skills.
- Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Filipino and English)
- Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office a
- Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Position will be reporting directly to the Business Development Manager and Chief Operating Officer and or HR Consultant
- Office Location will be in Calumpit, Bulacan
- Working Hours - 8am to 5pm - Monday to Friday (Saturdays as needed)
- Pay: Php 18,000-20,000
- Pay raise
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
