Team Leader for Travel Campaign - P40k to 54k

QUALIFICATIONS • At least two (2) years TL experience handling a Travel or Airline account • 6-8 years overall BPO experience • Must be willing work in Alabang • Amenable with shifting schedule RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor individual and team productivity and quality, providing feedback to management.
• Provide daily coaching and feedback to staff, identifying improvement opportunities.

• Collaborate with Contact Center management to create action plans for improvement. • Complete skill certifications and coordinate training for new hires. • Promote teamwork, cross-training, and process improvement. • Demonstrate mastery of equipment and ensure adherence to health and safety procedures. • Perform personnel tasks such as time reporting, performance reviews, and coaching. • Participate in the hiring process and meet quality and productivity requirements. • Contribute to special projects and perform assigned duties as needed. SALARY: P44,000 to 54,000 Summary of role requirements:
