Job Description:
- The candidate will be responsible for understanding the client's business, identifying their challenges, and crafting compelling value propositions to align with enterprise solutions.
- Proficiently identify key influencers and decision-makers within the client organization, engaging stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives, to promote integrated enterprise solutions.
- Independently managing the end-to-end sales process, from initial customer engagement to scoping requirements, to upselling/cross-selling to both new and existing customers, including preparing sales proposals, conducting presentations/proof of concepts, negotiating contracts, and finalizing deals with qualified customers.
- Proactively monitoring market dynamics, competitor activities, and providing feedback on significant developments (e.g., technical advancements, industry trends, new features/services) to Product and Marketing teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the telecommunication or related IT industry.
- Excellent communication, team collaboration, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in social selling, utilizing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn and Salesforce.
- Demonstrated success in driving new business sales and the ability to develop and manage a sales execution plan at both the account and/or territory level.
- Preferred experience in solution selling, including global managed network services, hybrid cloud, security, and other related solutions, with a solid understanding of the digital transformation landscape of multinational corporations in the Asian market.
