Digital Ad Sales Business Systems Analyst

Preferred Skillset: This role requires an in-depth understanding of digital ad media technologies (DSP, SSP, Ad Servers, Ad unit, direct vs programmatic campaigns, etc.) and the Ad Sales business processes. This individual will drive various initiatives related to digital ad media architecture and business / technology enablers. This BA/PM will also play an anchor role in supporting relevant projects. A deep understanding of the SAFe framework is necessary as BA (business system analyst) will be part of an agile team delivery approachExperience in multiple business areas and on multiple project types and can incorporate interdepartmental dependencies and impact into project. Leads and coaches other business analysts at all levels. Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems; Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements; Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives. Works under the direction of a project manager.
