Senior Designer (Interior Design)

• Meeting and liaising with prospective clients to understand and develop the design brief
• Propose cutting-edge concepts, avant-garde design proposals and strong space planning
• Strong knowledge of materials, ironmongery, and finishes
• Create and develop FF&E schedule
• Produce design and detail drawings on AutoCAD
• Able to use SketchUp to develop ideas and articulate design intent

• Meticulous, detail-oriented with high artistic value
• Confident, eloquent, and exhibiting good interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and self-motivated, initiative-driven
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Proficiency in SketchUp, Photoshop and AutoCAD
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in Interior Design or related fields preferred
• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design/Architecture or equivalent
