Position: Bilingual Customer Service RepresentativeReports To: Client Services ManagerLocation: Brampton, ONType: Full Time, PermanentJob SummaryThe Customer Support Representative will provide client specific service to our external and internal clients, and will resolve any customer related issues with the desired result of achieving 100% in Client satisfaction and retention. This position requires handling inquiries through phone and email, processing orders and transactions in multiple systems, reporting, troubleshooting and maintenance of account information. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a wide variety of responsibilities and will be able to work as a team and individually with high output and efficiency. Accountabilities:Answer phone calls (direct and through phone queue lines) and provide professional service to customersProcess orders and perform transactions within our on-line ordering system and ERP system ensuring customers' inquiries are met in a timely mannerMaintain various customer email inboxes and address website issuesData entry on client specific web applicationsRespond to order transaction issues daily through phone and email for multiple customersLiaise with internal DCM departments as required to resolve customer issuesEnter orders in FLEX (on-line ordering tool) and D365Process returns and RSRs for creditsGenerate and distribute reports as required for customers and SalesElectronic filing in SharepointAssist Sales and CX as required in administrative tasksPerform other duties as assignedRequirements:1-2 years of relevant work experienceWorking proficiency in French requiredAccurate data entry skillsIntermediate Microsoft Office knowledge (Word and Excel)Knowledge of D365 and FLEX Training is an assetCustomer service skills, resourceful, problem solving and listening skillsData Communications Management Corporation is committed to equal employment opportunity, employs and does not discriminate against all qualified persons without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, handicap, or any other classification protected by applicable federal and provincial laws.
