We're revolutionizing the way brands and influencers connect by streamlining the creative process, optimizing marketing campaigns, and delivering measurable results.Our vision is to be the destination for Brands and Creators to connect, collaborate, grow, and earn more money.We're looking for a sales driven Business Development Executive who will lead initiatives to generate and engage with prospective brand partners, to build and foster new business relationships for the company.The ideal candidate is a self-starter, who is experienced and comfortable executing outbound and inbound sales initiatives and managing their sales funnel. You are a positive and outgoing individual, who understands the start-up environment, and a team-player with a work-hard play-hard mentality. Responsibilities:Create and execute effective outbound business development sales strategies, connecting with ICPsConnect with inbound prospects to identify client needs and consult on solutionsProvide proposals and product demonstrations to potential clientsManage your entire sales funnel from prospecting to closing a saleProvide sales funnel reports and other key insights to the executive teamNetwork and develop new brand relationships and partnerships, in an effort to grow business and help the company expandMaintain relationships with existing clients and prospects you bring inMaintain quarterly team and individual OKR'sCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client transition and onboarding Position yourself and Creator as thought leaders within the influencer marketing and digital marketing industriesQualifications:3-5 years Sales and Business Development experience, or equivalentBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExperience in SaaS and/or Martech sales preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven knowledge and execution of successful sales strategiesFocused and goal-orientedTeam player with a work-hard play-hard mentalityPrevious experience working in a start-up environment is an assetWhat We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.A vibrant office in downtown Vancouver with the flexibility of remote work 2 days per weekAn inclusive environment with a team of passionate and talented individuals.Opportunities for personal and professional growth, with access to industry events and conferences.A supportive company culture that values collaboration, innovation, and communication.Compensation range: $50,000 - $75,000 per year + commission Marketing Services
