Salary: R27 000 CTC per month | Salary will vary for Part-time employees

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in either; content creation, writing, reporting, QA related roles or similar positions Must have very strong written and verbal communication in Dutch; not only linguistically but also able to build and support arguments assertively and eloquently.Critical thinking, problem solving, time management and organisational skills are essentialKnowledgeable of Google workspace and/or MOS suiteExperience with data analysis would be a plusExperience with SQL, HTML, SQL would be desirableAn academic background in any social science would be a plus

Responsibilities

Data analysis and management: Be the expert on the assigned guidelines in order to foresee and pre-empt quality issues and continuously bring improvement to the quality of our data.Provide a set amount of outputs on a weekly basis, continuously learn new guidelines and adapt to the changes.Provide High-quality feedback: Review work submitted by a large remote-based workforce and collaborate with team members on a regular basis to write qualitative reports.Creation and delivery of training material through the creation of eLearning materials, online video production and webinar hosting, to support performance improvement processes.The role will require a high degree of confidence and experience using internet-based technologies and online ResearchFlexibility to adjust to frequent change in line with customer requirements & project evolution

In this role, they are looking for quality reviewers to support an online advertising business and its machine learning process; the program has a focus on relevance and quality of both content produced and method of query. They are looking for highly analytical, insightful opinionated humans, with hacker mentality to support this process and help build an AI system that is safe, free of bias, and relevant to all users.

To achieve this, you should be a highly collaborative person, work very well and comfortably in groups, methodically, an excellent communicator, and will be working through big data sets and several sets of guidelines to identify areas of opportunity across the entire ecosystem.
