Technical Solution Lead, Employee Experience Job Overview Business Segment: Group Functions Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Simmonds Street 5 Responsible for the overall direction, development, enhancement and maintenance of the enterprise Citrix environment as well as Microsoft Intune including Mobile Device Management. This includes analysis, planning, development and implementation of new features and enhancements to provide required levels of service to the organization.Responsible for innovation roadmaps, maintenance scheduling, life cycle management, and capacity management for the Citrix, Mobile Device and Microsoft Intune environments and related dependent technologies. Qualifications Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent on-the-job experienceCertifications required, Citrix Certified Associate (Virtualization),Citrix Certified Professional (Virtualization),XenApp and XenDesktop Service on Citrix Cloud (CC-XAD-CC) andCitrix NetScaler ADC5+ years of experience working in Citrix environmentwith at least 5 years of experience designing, implementing, administrating enterprise Windows or Citrix XenApp environments (5.0 and above).5+ years of experience managing and working in a highly virtualized environment.Good knowledge of Citrix XenApp, Citrix RAS NetScaler, MS Active Directory and OS technologies, Windows Active Directory Domains integration and interaction with the network, Group Policy, Anti-Virus applications, DHCP, DNS, and WINS
