You will prepare the area for service, welcome and seat guests, serve guests from the start to the finish of their dining or conference experience whilst providing personalised guest experiences, upselling products, and meeting targets.Along with your Matric Certificate and experience in a 4* or equivalent environment. You have exceptional menu and wine knowledge and are known for exceeding guest expectations.
