Job Description:
We're seeking a Senior HR Officer- Change Management and Transformation- 12 Months Contract for a client to be based Pretoria

Job Responsibilities:
Support the process of developing change management strategy
Provide support in the development of the change management strategy and programmes
Provide administrative support to the unit
Support development of change management materials, tools and content for GPAA
Facilitate group sessions and discussions in workshops
Provide support is the development of change management initiatives (culture, behaviour, systems, organisational climate assessment)
Assist in the implementation of the Employment Equity plan and administrative support thereto
Assists in the successful business culture and transformation
Completion of forms and document claims, payment invoices and consultant fees relevant to the office
Analyze data and drafting of reports for Change Management projects
Responsible for employee engagement programmes
Support the initial compilation of the Gender Equality and Job Access Reports
Data capturing for Change Management projects
Job Requirements:
Valid code 8 driver's license.
At least three (3) years relevant experience (specializing in change management and development interventions / project management in the public service) of which at least one (1) year was / is within the Change Management and Transformation environment
A Post-graduate qualification or equivalent with a PROSCI Change management certificate will be an advantage
A three year National Diploma/B Degree or three year qualification in Industrial Psychology/Organisational Development/ Management
Services/ Human Resource / Social Sciences
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office packages.
