- Deliver production defect fixes with traceability.
- Manage stakeholders for prioritization and planning.
- Collaborate on defect analysis and fix planning.
- Maintain critical systems on Microsoft Dynamics.
- Lead Level 3 production support.
- Manage critical incidents and service changes.
- Prioritize issues and drive improvement with vendors.
- Ensure compliance and meet service objectives.
- Work under multiple deadlines independently.
- Coordinate team effectively for support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally for problem resolution.
- Communicate progress to management and stakeholders.
- Over 6 years of experience in software development with expertise in CRM platforms, particularly MS Dynamics.
- Proficient in gathering business requirements and reviewing functional specifications and technical design documents.
- Skilled in aligning specifications across multiple systems and interfaces, including middleware, core systems, and CRM.
- Experienced in managing production incidents and providing production support.
- Familiarity with customer leads, customer onboarding (e.g., Siebel/MSD/Salesforce), and wealth planning functionalities.
- Competent in reviewing vendor solutions and code to address production problem tickets.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure timely closure of problem tickets and identify areas for production health and stability improvements.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading teams, coupled with a solid understanding of banking processes.
