Role Summary Responsible for regional sales in Asia Pacific, fulfilling customer expectations and addressing market specific requirements, moreover, to develop markets to increase market shares. This function must define and implement the regional sales strategy and manage key account management and is responsible for increasing sales, profitability, market share, brand awareness, customers satisfaction, finding new business channels as part of multi-channel strategy. - Develop and implement Regional Sales Strategy in all markets, for key account management, to increase sales and profitability, realize business opportunities, enhance share of accounts and grow market share.
- Assess local market conditions, identify current and future sales opportunities.
- Plan, coordinate and manage product specific sales activities, including direct and specific solutions with/for key accounts
- Ensure and conduct successful sales negotiations. Introduce new products and facilitate and push cross selling across the region.
- Manage customer satisfaction and escalate if needed to Regional Director.
- Implement a market specific distribution strategy and sales concepts that enable profitable sales growth.
- Responsible for regional activities in sales and marketing to ensure profitability of product portfolio.
- Accountable for the Manage Customer Relationship and Acquire Business process within the region. Responsible for budgets, CAPEX, forecasting, cost control, and planning.
- Interface closely with Sales and Marketing Excellence to implement measures to ensure sales excellence. Continuously evaluate performance and improve quality of sales force.
- Degree / Masters in Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience within the Automotive industry, candidates with Aftermarket experience will be highly advantageous.
- Experienced in product / sales channels and distributor / dealers management.
- Proficient in effectively presenting information and managing of internal stakeholders, vendors and customers.
- Comfortable in intercultural management of teams across the region.
- Comfortable in regional travelling for business purposes.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
