- Ensuring managers have updated any employees wishing too or needing to be on internal mobility
- Running the meeting and adding notes in profiles during the meeting
- Connecting with Boeing recruiting to enable reach out for positions desired in Boeing
- Creating and extending internal offers
- Work with managers, Vendors, Finance and Contracts
- Work with Finance to develop budgets
- Work with Contracts ensuring Purchase requests are completed
- Primary contact with Job Boards and vendors for recruiting
- Work with team to post critical job postings on job boards
- Work relationships with Cleared Connections and Clearance Jobs to be featured and highlighted
