Media Buyer

Job Description

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop media plans aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyze target audience behavior to identify the most appropriate media channels and platforms for reaching our target audience.
• Develop and manage media budgets for each campaign, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and tracking expenses.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust media budgets as necessary to optimize results.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including reach, impressions, click-through rates, conversions, and return on investment (ROI) and provide regular reports, insights and highlighting opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, consumer behavior, and media consumption patterns.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Media Buyer within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in media planning and buying across various channels.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Strong Analytical skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with media planning and analysis tools.
• Knowledge of market research techniques and competitive analysis.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
