Mō te whai waahi | About the opportunity At Farmlands we’re deep into a 4-year operating model transformation with significant developments across our Supply Chain. To accelerate this, we’re looking for a highly talented Head of Supply Planning, Inventory & Analytics to join our Supply Chain leadership team. We have the framework, but we need you to build capability and establish the operating model. Reporting to our Chief Supply Chain Officer, you’ll define and deliver a strategy and be keen to roll your sleeves up as we enter a period of significant change across our supply chain. Our team is working with world-class systems including Microsoft, Logility and legitimately exploring AI. Although we have the best of the best when it comes to technology, we need your expertise to harness elements of systems, people, process, data into a structured way of working. Mōhou ake| About you We're looking for a warm and engaging Supply Chain Leader. You'll have presence, energy, and be super passionate about fostering a culture of relentless delivery of superior outcomes. Key to your success will be clear strategic thinking, first-rate technical skills and a proven ability to understand the nuances of and practical application of replenishment systems. You'll also bring to the table:

• Experience in managing purchasing and inventory teams across a large branch network with multiple channels
• Experience with Tier 1 purchasing and inventory management systems and concepts
• Strong commercial skills, with a robust understanding of managing a P&L
• Superior communication and stakeholder management skills and a deep passion for service

Desirable:

• Working knowledge of Logility and D365
• Agri-sector experience
