Scope of work 1 Conduct toolbox meeting with all relevent department every morning (morning shift) andevening (night shift).- to discuss and plan on all PI activity (Testing/troubleshooting/warranty) to be conducted onthe day as per the project scheduler's weekly planning.-to discuss and plan on all activity conducted on the previous day or any other carry forwardactivity.- to discuss and rectify any obstacle/ show stopper to complete the planned activity on the dayor any other potential risk of being unable to complete the planned activity.-to discuss on any safety measures to be taken during the day to day activity or any othersafety concern around the working area (depot M4/M7 / other).-some works would need to be done in Westport plant as well. 2 Perform housekeeping activity approximately 15 to 20 minutes around the working area (M4/ M7/other) prior start and end of each shift 3 Attend daily morning meeting with client -to discuss on all testing/ warranty activity and action taken on the previous day -to discuss on all testing/warranty activity to be conducted on the day ( pit availability/train request..etc)4 Collect control centre(CC) alarms logs and share to the team via email in daily basis every morning 5 Plan the testing / warranty or other activity based on project priority with available resources and pit access 6 For any testing activity, the test shall be carried out as per the Bombardier Test Procedure and then the test report shall be prepared as per the standard Bombardier Test Report (BTR). 7 Coordinate all train movement( in /out)- based on project priority -with no interruption with client day to day activity - based on activity to be conducted on the train(exp.some activities can be conducted instorage lane) Warranty Activity; - troubleshoot and rectify any reported warranty issue within the allowed time frame(non-peakhours)( 10am - 3pm & 8pm-4am) by client - ensure to identify the root cause of any reported warranty failures and proper action to be taken to resolve the issue (repair/replacement) in order to eliminate repetitive failure -should able to technically understand, rectify and explain any reported warranty failures by reffering to all relevant data, logs with available tools - independently initiate communication to get instant support from experts (if required) for any technical support(exp.Enginering/Coc/supplier..etc) to resolve any critical failures - create work order for all warranty and part replacement activity in Maximo - comply to SOP at all time while any troubleshoot activity is conducted - ensure to comply to all safety rules and regulation during conduct any warranty activity withing the Subang depot area to eliminate any HSE risk - ensure to meet client daily LOS requirement during non-peak and peak hours by providing imediate support to recover any unhealthy train as soon as possible -support to acheive project RAMS requirement by minimize down time and avoid repeatative - to heads-up and follow-up with relevant department/ OEM to rectify and resolve any potential risk which might impact project RAMS requirement -coordinate and follow-up with other relevant department(Eng/QA/ production)(if required) to close any other open item/issues (if any) prior to DLP closure -to check on the warehouse inventory stock balance in weekly basis to ensure enough spare available for warranty support at all time -to conduct warranty log meeting with procurement/warehouse team to follow-up on the status of faulty part shipped to supplier and returned -to coordinate overall warranty activity throught the defect liability period(DLP) of 2 years and raise to project management for any potential risk might impact the closure of DLP 9 Testing Activity; -conduct and complete all test assign to KL refer to the Bombardier Test Procedure(BTP)-ensure the testing activity conducted and completed in accordance with project base schedule and avoid slip on the schedule - ensure the train is in healthy condition by conducting preliminary testing prior to official test with client - instant troubleshooting support for any unexpected failure occured during testing period - to prepare and submit occupancy clearance (OC) or work permit (WP) to client in order to conduct the testing based on the original project schedule - to coordinate, follow-up and attend meeting with client to get the approval for the applied WP or OC and provide all relevant explaination if required in order to get the applied OC or WP to be approved - ensure all test result(BTR) under KL scope been completed 100%, sign of by client with no comment and recorded in Test sutra tool - Highlight to project management for any potential risk in testing activity might impact the project original schedule - ensure to identify the root cause of any reported failure during testing and proper action to be taken to solve the issue (repair / replacement) in order to eliminate any repetitive failure -should able to technically understand, rectify and explain any testing failures by reffering to all relevant data, logs with available tools - should able to prepare comprehensive report for any relevant failure with available data, logs..etc -to get instant support from subsytem experts (if required) for any technical support (exp. Enginering/Coc/supplier..etc)to resolve any critical failures - create work order for all the warranty and part replacement activity in Maximo - comply to SOP at all time while any testing activity is conducted -ensure to follow all HSE rules and regulation during any testing activity within the Subang depot area to eliminate any HSE risk - coordinate and follow-up with other relevant department(Eng/QA/ production)(if required) to close any other open item/issues (if any) during testing period. -to coordinate overall train testing activity throught the testing period up to train handover and raise to project management for any potential risk might delay the train handover base on original schedule - to check on the warehouse inventory stock balance in weekly basis to ensure enough spare available for testing support at all time 10 Attend relevancy meeting with client in weekly basis(as schedule by client) to update all the issues attended on previous week and action taken and disccuss on relevant/non-relevant issues in reference with minimum equipent list(MEL).Supported by RAMS Engineer 11 Provide all possible technical/ resources support to Engineering team to close all engineering open item (if any and if required)12 Each shift(morning / evening) to prepare and share daily report include summary of all attended issue on the day 13 Perform any other ad-hoc works as and when instructed by the PI Lead/PI Manager Job Type: Contract Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month #J-18808-Ljbffr
