Full job description

• Independently completed customer service for the data center and ensured the safe and stable operations of the data centre
• Complete daily comprehensive management of the park to provide necessary support for improving service quality
• Responsible for data centre personnel and goods in and out, access control management
• Actively cooperate with project team to complete the implementation of various projects and reach SLA standards
• Responsible for the first and second line support of the operations and maintenance service of the data centre under jurisdiction, and timely meet various requirements of the operations and maintenance service of customers.
• Responsible for participating in various regular meetings of customers, compiling and reviewing the weekly and monthly reports of customers' requirements. Timely feedback on the implementation of customer requirements.
• Responsible for data centre visit. Strong expression and summary ability.
• Responsible for the communication with the customer's resident representative and be able to unite the resident representative.
• Responsible for data centre internal network and resource management.
• Responsible for other work assigned by superior supervisor.
• Actively put forward service innovation suggestions to enhance overall service ability.

• Electrical, mechanical and electrical related major.
• More than 4 years experience in machine room infrastructure operations and maintenance, with 2 years in operations and maintenance engineer team lead
• Strong coordination ability
• Good team management skills
• Initiative and strong execution ability

• Monday to Friday

• Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
