Job Description • Process the Manpower Requisition Form (MRF) by lining up qualified and competent applicants • Administers appropriate psychometric tools in assessing/evaluating applicants • Assist employees in availing SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig and application for TIN • Trains and Orients staff employees (Rank and File and Supervisory on HR concerns with respect to (1)Company profile; (2)Company code of Discipline; (3)Salary and Benefits; • Handles, monitors and updates 201 files • Facilitates/issuance of proper documents for renewal of employment contract of contractual non-staff/staff employees • Organizes special activity, event coordination for staff employees • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. • Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees • monitoring staff performance and attendance Job Qualifications 8-12 years Experience as HR Generalist in a construction company is a plus. Male / Female Degree holder of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent course. Strong Analytical Skills Multitasking skills Proactive and good problem-solving abilities Good understanding of general human resources policies and procedures Good knowledge on basic employment/labor laws Excellent communication and people skills Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
