Senior Lead - Investment Advisory- Private Banking

The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Work closely with a group of RMs to Manage and promote investment and Derivatives products (primary function)
- Manage alongside the RM, client profiling, Portfolio Management and Portfolio Maintenance
- Ongoing training of RMs on portfolio management, new products, and market updates.
- Liaise with internal stake holders, product providers and various other parties to ensure smooth processing of trades and prompt reply to client enquiries
- Provide support during initiatives aimed to cross-sell initiatives to increase investment within Private Banking
- Drive initiatives to increase investment revenues and penetration in priority banking customers
- Manage and meet customers and develop investment proposals for large customers through profiling and model portfolios
- Train all the RMs on investment.
- On the job coaching of RMs for investments.
- Ensure compliance to mentioned polices during investment and ensure minimal miss-selling
- Training of RMs on compliance and risks
- Ensure monitoring when required.
