The Senior SOC Manager will lead and ensure the successful delivery of managed cybersecurity services to clients, while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement within the organization. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals responsible for delivering managed security services to clients.
  • Define and enhance service offerings, ensuring they meet client needs and address emerging cybersecurity threats and trends.
  • Establish service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of managed security services.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new business opportunities, participate in client engagements, and contribute to proposals and bids.
  • Stay up-to-date with cybersecurity technologies, tools, and methodologies, and evaluate their applicability to enhance our managed services portfolio.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting innovation and operational excellence within the managed cybersecurity services team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring their cybersecurity needs are met.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential partnerships and alliances that can strengthen our managed security services.
  • Minimum of ten years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on managed security services.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams in delivering managed security services to clients.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and frameworks, including network security, endpoint protection, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management.
  • Strong knowledge of managed security services models, including security operations centre (SOC) capabilities and incident response.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute innovative managed security services strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and business development, focusing on driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
