Cloud Infra and DevOps Engineer (SRE)

InsureMO® aims to become a global standard insurance PaaS/middleware; SaaS applications include Gemini Open Framework for insurers and selective ecosystem platforms in certain markets. Our Product InsureMO (Insurance Middle Office) is an insurance middleware platform for insurers, brokers, agents, channels, InsurTechs and start-ups; enabling use cases for any product and channel. Position We are looking for a Cloud Architect for the business in Americas and Europe - with significant experience in Cloud Platform Business (PAAS). Qualifications • Administering cloud-based Infrastructure deployment which includes tasks such as provisioning/de-provisioning of resources, maintaining security posture, user administration, monitoring computing resource utilization, network setup, backup/restore and incident management; • Design and Configure Cloud infrastructures to support Cloud migrations and transformation initiatives; • Work closely with Project and Security Architects to engineer and deliver Cloud Infrastructure Solutions – on time and above expectations; • Ensure that the service provided by managed service provider(s) are delivered against agreed SLAs or statements of work; • Support audit and infrastructure/network security scans, disaster recovery and security related drills; • Leverage platform Monitoring Services to maintain SLAs and overall platform performance; • Explore, learn and deploy new technologies that will help the company to reduce cost or improve operational efficiencies. Requirements • Experience in Cloud Platform Business (PAAS). • Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Openstack, GCP, etc.), Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes etc.); • DevOps including Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Shell, AWS Cli, Powershell; • Experience using cloud system monitoring tools (e.g. zabbix, Prometheus, grafana etc.) and automated testing frameworks or scripts; • Experience with common service (e.g. MQ, Redis, ES, OSS); • Understanding of Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) and NoSQL; • Strong analytical, change management, communications and interpersonal skills. • Portuguese and English speaker. Preferred • Cloud networking including Express Route, MPLS gateway, IPSec, Microsoft Peering, Private Peering; • AWS Certified Solution Architect (Associate) preferred. • Spanish speaker in a differential.
