Investment Manager

The Investment team are primarily responsible for the trading and delivery of our agencies and clients’ campaigns, ensuring that we are hitting any measurements and commercial targets. As a manager within the team, you will be responsible for assisting the investment directors to ensure we hit our targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATIONSHIPS_
- Responsible for the trading & negotiation, agree & control price across bookings and client accounts.
- Continue to work with Investment team to fulfil their buying requirements, delivering campaigns of the highest quality while maximising value.
- Comprehensively understand the media owners, their business and be an internal brand ambassador. Conduct quarterly huddle sessions with media owners reporting on trends and forecasts in an aim to increase collaboration and promote smoother working relationships.
- Work with the Planning team and the rest of the Investment Team in negotiation, quality buying and delivery of approved campaigns
- Provide expertise for the business, externally & internally communicating any relevant changes in the marketplace. Present trends and forecasts at internal huddle sessions.
- Contribute to the development of internal documentation to supply Planning Team with pricing and availability in a relevant, consistent, efficient, and accurate manner.
- With the Investment and Planning Team – deliver relevant KPI requirements and guarantees. Build relationships with the auditors. Attend your own key client audits where relevant.
- Work with the Investment team to help meet all relevant commercial targets maximising profitability for group.
- Strive for maximum efficiency in plan creation and workflow process.
- Actively contribute to tools, systems and communication creation to improve the output of the team.
- Support your investment & planning team in key client reports and weekly figure updates if required.
- Feed into Post campaign reporting in terms of achieved value.
- Develop and grow industry knowledge through attendance of internal and external training programmes.
- Endeavour to pro-actively grow and develop key client business alongside the planning teams

- Previous administrative experience – OOH experience a bonus but not essential.
