Director Sales Techlets Pvt. Limited, Pakistan

We are looking for a B2B Sales Director who can manage and conduct high profile meetings with FMCG sector C-level executives and Board Members to sell business cases. We need someone who's accomplished and results-driven professional with demonstrated record of success in IT Enterprise sales. Key Roles:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies
  • Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
  • Conduct regular sales and business development meetings
  • Deliver the required sales, margin and profit performance
  • Analyze markets present and future
  • Evaluate potential market opportunities
  • Participate in development of strategies for new products
  • Monitor and evaluate product promotions

Job Specification

  • Proven success in selling IT Enterprise Solutions within FMCG sector
  • Around 3-5 years B2B sales experience.
  • Well-versed in RFP process within FMCG sector
  • Atleast 10 successful sales accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, negotiation skills, Leadership skills.
