Responsibilities:

3. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
   
   Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards. Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of work. Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with design specifications.
4. Team Leadership and Mentorship:
   
   Provide leadership and guidance to project teams. Mentor and train junior engineers, fostering their professional development. Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
