Production Engineer

Job Description

• Responsible for formulation of construction materials
• Responsible for formulation of coatings materials Improving and developing production methods to increase productivity and raise the level of quality in cooperation with the concerned departments.
• Rational management of raw materials to reduce waste and optimal use of surplus raw materials in cooperation with the competent departments.
• Rational management of available production capacity, reduction of wasted time and reduction of overtime hours.
• The optimal use of equipment and machinery to achieve the highest productivity while maintaining its technical condition at the highest level.
• Training workers and raising their technical competence with regard to all production processes.
• Adhere to and supervise the implementation of occupational safety and health instructions.
• Removing obstacles and solving problems that arise during the implementation of production plans.
• Supporting and developing the effective use of ERP resource management programs applied in the company and activating the use of all related applications to achieve maximum benefit from them.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in preferred in Mechanical Engineering / Production 
• previous experience as production engineer in chemicals field from ( 7 - 10 ) years 
• strong experience in coatings  materials 
• strong experience in construction materials 
• Previous experience in chemical labs and factories
• Good computer skills in particular outlook and  Excel must be of a high standard.
• Strong communication skills 
• flexibility in travel movements
• strong English skills
