Area Manager-Pangasinan Area

Job description Management of assigned area in terms of Sales and Branch operations encompassing sales and marketing, manpower forecasting, staff management, product handling and display, store expansions, FDA regulation compliance, process improvement (kaizen). DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Promote good practice by ensuring all SOPs, policies, and statutory requirements are being implemented across all stores under his area Formulate business development strategies to ensure long term success. Set and monitor achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the team in various stores under his area. Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it through formulation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIP). Continuously improves Customer Relations Management (CRM) Lead a team of store managers and team leaders towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals. Undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget Maximize resources to ensure optimum return of Cash flow and Net Income Coordinate with each BU for concern, feedback and issue of store Operations Assist top management in decisions for store expansion or acquisition Hire, train, and oversee new staff. Oversee stock inventory and ensure availability of stocks in the different stores being managed. Participate in store audit Complies with all company policies Complies with all health, safety and security protocols of the company Reports any irregularities, progress and issues of the store to his Operations Manager Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
