Establishes operational objectives and work plans, delegates assignment to subordinate managers, including the management oversight of risk related issues such as financial, reporting, IT security, safety, health and environment, employee security and project execution.
Reviews objectives to determine success of operation.
Develops and executes company polices that affect operations.
Coordinates and develops geography and region risk management programs for project portfolio management as well as project execution.
Acts as the liaison to attorneys, operations and project teams.
Familiar with a variety of technical fields, concepts, practices and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Leads and directs the work of others.

Qualifications

Degree educated in a relevant discipline
GCC experience
