Training:At least eight (8) hours of training in program management, climate change adaptation and mitigation and disaster risk reduction, fiscal management, and team management. Eligibility:Career Service Professional/ Second Level Eligibility Job Summary : The Project Development Officer II shall be responsible in assisting the Project Development Officer III in collaboration and coordinating within the Field Office (FO) and Disaster Response and Management Bureau (DRMB) as well as the other internal and external partners on Risk Resiliency Program (RRP) activities. Job Outputs: 1. Draft Strategic and Implementation Plan/s for RRP Capacity Building and Knowledge Management 2. Draft Activity Proposals and other required documents 3. Draft IDCB Plan 4. Draft PPM Plan 5. Technical Assistance (TA) IEC materials, summary of agreements (SOA), feedback report and TA evaluation 6. Documented lessons learnt, innovations and best practices 7. Draft Financial management documentary requirements for Capacity Building and Knowledge Management 8. After-Activity Report on RRP Capacity Building activities (i.e. Facilitation of P/LGU Planning and Assessment, joint-validation activities, provision of TAs, and participation to DRMB or DRMG level activities) 9. Periodic Capacity Building Assessment/Evaluation and Accomplishment Reports Primary Tasks 1. Participate in the DRMB level and assist in facilitating FO level RRP strategic and implementation planning for Capacity Building; 2. Support in the implementation of Capacity Building Plan; 3. Support in the implementation of Communication Plan 4. Assist in the facilitation of RRP Capacity Building activities; 5. Contribute in the enhancement and/or development of Capacity Building Planning, Implementation, Assessment/Evaluation tool/report; 6. Document lessons learnt, significant insights, innovations and best practices on capacity building and knowledge management; 7. Participate and assist the PDO III in the facilitation of Capacity Building Planning and Assessment on RRP; 8. Conducts monitoring/evaluation of capacity building activities and knowledgement management and document all RRP related activities as part of the documentation efforts to capture good practices and innovations; 9. Assist Team Lead (PDO III) in the facilitation of assessment/ evaluation and initiate crafting of accomplishment reports and other reportorial requirement for Capacity Building; 10. Draft notice of meeting and minutes of the meeting; and 11. Certificate of Employment from the last/current employer 10.Copy of Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) in the last rating period or its equivalent for external applicants (Performance Evaluation/Appraisal) from the last/current employer . 11. Scanned copy of NBI Certificate or proof of payment i.e official receipt of the NBI clearance.
