Conversion / Retention Agent - Portuguese - Istanbul

  Position: Portuguese Conversion / Retention Agent Location: Istanbul, Turkey Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + commissions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote the company's products and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Convert high quality leads into long-lasting customers
• Increase chances of future sales
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
• Keep up to date with the financial markets.

• Native/fluent in Portuguese, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Previous experience in Forex & CFD sales roles will be considered as an advantage
• Computer savviness
• Ability to work with deadlines & targets
• Management and mathematics skills
• Great objection-handling skills.
• Already a resident in Istanbul ( Essential ).
