Job purpose: The role is responsible for the reporting of all P&L management accounts to all stakeholders for all phases (actuals, budgets, estimates, strategic plans). Responsible for the management of all MIS systems to meet reporting needs. Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparations of all Management Reporting across all phases Actuals and Rolling Forecasts
  • Management of Reporting team – 2 Financial Analysts
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS & Group guidance
  • Monitoring & reporting of P&L Risks & Opportunities
  • Financial model maintenance & hierarchy management
  • Reporting & communication to senior management on performance and other relevant topics
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders (HQ, IT and Auditors, Affiliates)
  • Ensure all reporting deadlines are achieved meets stakeholder needs
  • Ensure Budget and Estimate processes are efficient and fit for purpose
  • To work alongside the Transformation Team on the implementation of the new EPM system
  • Ensure continuous improvement of systems & processes to support internal transformation projects
  • Ad-hoc projects as required
Skills / Qualifications / Experience :
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Accountant with minimum 5 PQE
  • Analytical and numerate with strong attention to detail and an aptitude for IT system maximisation
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate throughout the organisation
  • Flexible approach with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase or equivalent preferable
  • Power BI experience preferable
  • Proficient in MS Office; Excel essential

  • Ability to work effectively with others to accomplish business goals- develop effective working relationships with both internal and external colleagues
