Direct Reports : Credit Card Operation Team Job Summary : Manage andOversee the operational and administrative related activities within the Card Operations. Ensure the card operations activities run with the utmost efficiency, security and control while maintaining a high standard of service for both internal and external clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Develop and maintain efficient card operations in line with quality and security standards, while managing operational risks and audit requirements. · Oversee card operations for timely, high-quality services, focusing on customer satisfaction, cost reduction, brand strengthening, and profitability. · Enhance processes and systems to improve service, efficiency, controls, and security of operations, by implementing operational procedure and workflow improvements in line with the company’s policies. · Set and monitor performance standards and service agreements, collaborating with client experience and quality assurance to ensure facilities are well-maintained to prevent downtime. · Provide ongoing training, coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to enhance team productivity. · Set clear performance goals and objectives for the team. · Collaborate with the Business functions to address operational support requirements when launching new products or features. · Work closely with IT and other projects related to cards business to ensure all operational supports are addressed on new systems initiatives and ongoing business need. · Keep the Head of Operations informed of any material operational/process weakness and noncompliance with controls in card operations. · Ensures full compliance of the Credit Card Operations department with applicable regulators and schemes requirements. · Prepares budgets, regulatory reports, and ad-hoc analysis within required deadline. · Liaises with auditors to fulfil requirements related to the department and review the audit logs monthly. Qualification : Education A minimum of BSc. in Accounting, Banking and Finance or equivalent Experience A minimum of 10 years in the same field Certificates and Licenses CPA or ACCA. Competencies : · Excellent leadership and team management skills. · Strong communication, negotiation, problem solving, and interpersonal skills. · In-depth knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements · Understands and reads financial statements. · Displays strategic thinking capabilities. · Proactive and result oriented. · Effective planning and organizational abilities. · Diligent in monitoring information and managing tasks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
