Key Accountabilities · Supports Business Division Manager with ongoing project reporting, schedule control, change management and other ad-hoc business team deliverables. · Assess and analyse EPC Contractor’s project controls performance in the areas of execution planning, progress measurement and reporting. · Assess project team requirements and needs (dashboards, monthly, weekly, risk, action tracking and KPI reports). · Develop, coordinate, and compile input from PMT team members for shareholders and stakeholders’ requirements (presentations, reports, etc). · Participate in PMT evaluation of EPC Contractor change requests including assessment of schedule and cost impacts. · Assists PMT in developing schedule corrective actions and recovery plans. · Coordinate collection of business team deliverables as required by audit program. · Assist in developing project close out report to ensure that detailed information on project performance is retained.
Part B: Candidate Specification – Minimum Requirements
Technical and Business Skills · Good organizational and execution skills. · Fluency in English. · Good Software skills: Primavera P6, Advanced excel. · Computer literacy (MS Office, SAP). · Strong coordination experience and good team skillsBehavioural Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering alternatively relevant experience in oil and gas industry. Knowledge and/or Experience · Minimum of ten (10) years of major EPC project experience within the Oil and Gas Industry. · Broad experience in project controls, including cost, schedule, progress reporting, procurement, and change management. · Minimum five (5) years’ experience associated with engineering, procurement, and construction of large onshore LNG plants. · Team player, flexible and experienced of working in a diverse team environment.
