Project Execution - Operational Excellence Coordinatator

As an Operational Excellence Coordinator at JP Morgan Chase within the Cross Risk Calculation Technology team, you will be responsible for the tracking of core initiatives that have an impact across the whole group. You will be a member of the core team which includes core support, core data and core engineering. Our key stakeholders are agile teams, business users and tech partners so you will be expected to use your organisation skills and project management experience to communicate plans and status.  You will have a strong sense of ownership and pride in the work you do – taking accountability for the accuracy and quality of assigned work and results. Your client-focused and team-oriented mindset allows you to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Job responsibilities

• Track core initiatives that have an impact across the Gauss ecosystem
• Day to day management of L3 support and communications/customer service
• Work closely with L3 support team and end users within the business to ensure SLAs are met
• Ensure status updates and progress is shared with stakeholders to show continuous improvement
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Creation of metrics and measurement of performance/progress to feed into quarterly business reviews (QBRs)

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

• Formal experience working in an agile development environment and familiar with Jira
• Experience project managing multiple projects
• Able to prioritize workload and communicate issues clearly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn new technologies or technology concepts quickly
• Strong improvement mindset
• Experience in a production / application Support role
• Experience collaborating with teams across multiple locations and coordinating activities
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, balancing competing priorities/tasks

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

• Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
