We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Manager looking for their next step. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years' experience as a General Manager, preferably with a background in a similar setting and a solid understanding of food and beverage operations. We're looking for someone who is not only passionate and enthusiastic but also excels in delivering exceptional service, paying attention to the smallest details. As a superb leader, you'll set an example, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in interpersonal interactions.
Your responsibilities in this role would include:
- Managing and motivating Heads of Departments
- Ensuring the effective delivery of services and maintaining standards across all hotel departments
- Overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including guest relations, sales and marketing, front office, accommodation, maintenance, food and beverage, finance, and human resources
- Collaborating closely with the Head Chef and F&B Manager to achieve the highest level of customer service and maximize profitability in the Food & Beverage Department
- Managing budgets, financial plans, and controlling expenditures
- Setting and achieving sales and profit targets while maintaining accurate financial records
- Analyzing sales figures and developing marketing and revenue management strategies
- Prioritizing guest satisfaction in all business decisions
- Implementing an effective training and development plan
- Making sound business decisions that focus on service quality and overall hotel profitability
- Regularly attending daily and weekly team meetings
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations
