Functional Tester and Test Lead

Role & responsibilities Manual Tester - Must have experience in the functional testing of corporate internet banking platform covering at least one of Payments, Liquidity Management (Sweeping, Pooling), Collections, Commercial Cards, Trade Finance etc.). - Understand the business requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases. - Execute Test Cases assigned as per plan. - Defect reporting and retesting - Highlight, Communicate and follow up with other stakeholders on any testing related challenges - Retest production fixes and perform regression testing - Sometimes role demands sitting off working hours to complete the task. - Person need to own the assigned task to ensure it is completed on time. Test Lead - Must have experience in the functional testing of corporate internet banking platform covering at least one of Payments, Liquidity Management (Sweeping, Pooling), Collections, Commercial Cards, Trade Finance etc.). - Lead need to manage team, assign them task and ensure it is completed on time - Role demands 80% test execution and 20% team management - Join daily defect triage call with development team to explain/ clarify issues - Track the testing progress and report it on daily basis - Own the testing till completion - Sometimes role demands sitting off working hours to complete the task. Preferred candidate profile - The ideal candidate must have a minimum experience of 3 years of testing of the corporate internet banking (global transaction banking) products offered by companies like Intellect or Mindgate or Oracle etc. - Candidate who can take ownership of the assigned tasks to complete it on time.
