Claroty is looking for a talented and driven Sales Development Representative. The position will be responsible for developing opportunities for the sales team by following up on inbound leads and through targeted outbound calling to potential customers.
Responsibilities
- Source qualified leads that will lead to pipeline opportunities through inbound follow-up and outbound activity.
- Research, development, and nurture lead to qualification.
- Maintain and grow a database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Develop strong relationships with prospects, identifying key players, and generating interest
- Manage and track all activities in CRM
- Contribute valuable insight into the market as the first touchpoint with prospects
- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams
Requirements
- Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual
- 2+ years experience in an ISR, SDR, and/or BDR role B2B focused
- Drive to succeed and a proven ability to be resilient and overcome challenges.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Team player
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or alike
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Cybersecurity is a plus
- The ability to speak additional languages is an advantage
