• Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the sites
• Plan, execute and supervise all the facilities' management and operational activities
• Conduct site meetings and coordinate project works
• Administer and process season parking application and payment
• Invite quotations, conduct evaluation for all services, provide recommendation reports and organise and coordinate Corrective Program for repairs and maintenance of the Building
• Administer contracts renewals and monitor the performance of service providers
• Attend and follow up tenant's feedback and complaints
• Prepare and submit monthly management report to Clients
• Process contractor's invoices and payment

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate with self drive possess Professional Certificate/ Diploma or Degree in Estate Management or related disciplines.
• Previous experience in managing industrial or commercial buildings.
• Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Good Knowledge of statutory requirements for industrial and commercial buildings
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Candidate staying near East or Central region is preferred.
