Account & Relationship Management (Sales)
- Formulates sales strategies to meet the set production targets of the Division
- Ensures compliance to legal, regulatory, and documentary requirements
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Division and ensures that team members perform their functions according to the policies and procedures
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to timre
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
- With at least 10 years of Sales and People Management experience gained from a bank handling housing loans
- Must have excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
