A growing Qatari organization is hiring a Marketing & PR Director to design and implement marketing strategies, grow and lead a team of professionals, and partner with other departments to expand the business locally and globally through attracting media companies from all over the world. You should be experienced in designing and implementing marketing and PR strategies while remaining hands-on. The ideal candidate should have more than 10 years of experience in Marketing, Communication and PR. You should also have: •Deep understanding of marketing processes and tools, both traditional and digital •Experience in developing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies •Ability to effectively build & manage relationships with external stakeholders •Ability to extract insights from marketing data and analytics •Strong written and oral communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus) •Strategic thinking •Creativity and proactivity in proposing new ideas •Team leader, empathic and collaboration‐prone •Ability to connect and build rapport with people •Comfortable with managing ambiguity #J-18808-Ljbffr
