社名 社名非公開 職種 マーケティング、販促企画、営業企画 業務内容 The Head of Government Relations and Public Policy for North East Asia will lead the company’s engagement with government stakeholders, regulators, industry groups, and key opinion leaders across the North East Asian region. This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive government relations and public policy strategy in NEA that aligns with the company’s business goals and values.Responsibilities:• Develop and implement a strategic approach to engage with governments, regulators, and stakeholders across North East Asian countries.• Identify, monitor, and analyze relevant policy issues, regulatory changes, and political trends across the region that could impact the company and its operations.• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key government officials, policy makers, industry groups, and stakeholders at various levels in all NEA countries.• Act as the company’s spokesperson in NEA on policy issues, representing the company’s interests in public forums, industry groups, and government committees across the region.• Collaborate with internal departments (Legal, PR, Marketing, etc.) to align policy goals with business objectives, and ensure internal stakeholders are informed about relevant policy and regulatory developments in the NEA region.• Advise the company on compliance with laws and regulations of NEA countries and work with internal teams to ensure compliance across the region.• Develop and execute educational and outreach programs in NEA countries to inform policy makers and the public about the company’s policies and positions.• Foster a culture of recognition, learning and growing for a highly-engaged team

求められる経験 • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Political Science, Law, International Relations, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred • Extensive professional experience in government relations, public policy, or political affairs with a focus on the North East Asian region • Fluent in Japanese and English (both written and spoken).
