As a Marketing Executive based in Kuala Lumpur, you will collaborate closely with the marketing leaders in Malaysia to bolster both organic and paid marketing endeavors, aiming to drive effective marketing strategies for sustainable expansion.   • Assisting in the formulation and execution of both short and long-term strategic marketing plans, with a focus on augmenting brand value and channel growth.
  • Providing support for marketing campaigns and product launches across a range of marketing and distribution channels.
  • Serving as a pivotal figure in managing the overall organic marketing strategy and its execution.
  • Backing performance marketing initiatives and other paid marketing activities.
  • Exploring novel marketing channels to identify growth opportunities.
  • Vigilantly monitoring marketing performance across key channels and offering insights for enhancement.
  • Acting as a linchpin that connects all stakeholders across marketing, creative, and commercial teams to orchestrate marketing activities.
  • Demonstrating creativity in leveraging existing channels and uncovering fresh marketing avenues for growth.
  • Contributing to content creation in English, including blogs, social posts, and CRM.
You are ideally suited for this role if you possess:
  • A willingness to roll up your sleeves and actively engage in various online marketing execution tasks, all while maintaining a keen analytical perspective on how your marketing efforts impact performance.
  • Proficiency in analytics, enabling you to translate consumer insights into actionable strategies.
  • A strong sense of ownership and exceptional project management skills, ensuring the timely attainment of key milestones.
  • Effective communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient storytelling abilities, substantiated by a track record of generating clear and engaging campaigns.
  • An ambitious, inquisitive mindset, and a readiness to put in the effort required to succeed.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, with knowledge of local languages being a valuable asset, given your role will involve reviewing communications in multiple languages.
