Position Overview:The Head of Information Technology (IT) is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's IT operations, strategy, and infrastructure. Besides, he / she plays a crucial role in overseeing the implementation of an ERP system within an organization.This role involves managing a team of IT professionals, aligning IT initiatives with business goals, ensuring technology solutions are effective and secure, and driving innovation to enhance the organization's digital capabilities. Responsibilities: IT Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement the organization's IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and digital transformation.
• Create and manage the IT budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high performance work environment.
• Delegate tasks, set performance expectations, and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure,including networks, servers, and hardware.
• Ensure infrastructure scalability, reliability, and security to support business operations.

Application Management:

• Manage the selection, deployment, and maintenance of software applications and systemsacross the organization.
• Ensure software licenses, updates, and patches are managed in a timely manner.

Cybersecurity and Data Privacy:

• Develop and implement robust cybersecurity policies and procedures to safeguard sensitveinformation and systems.
• Monitor and respond to security breaches, incidents, and threats.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and standards.

Project Management:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT projects, ensuring they arecompleted on time and within budget.
• Manage project risks and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to ensure the procurement andimplementation of IT solutions meet organizational needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their ITrequirements.

Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity:

• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize IT-relateddisruptions.
• Conduct periodic tesstng and updates of these plans to ensure their effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field(advanced degree preferred).
• Proven experience (X+ years) in a leadership role within IT management.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, software development and ERP systems& their functionality.
• Must required Epicor experience
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Project management expertise with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyincluding ERP implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise.
• Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory compliance.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP (Project Management Professional), ITIL) are a plus.

Salary : RM10,000 to RM15,000 Summary of role requirements:
