Job Description

• P&L responsibility
• Provide leadership for the team, developing and executing organization's long-term vision and strategic plans.
• Develop and implement business strategies and business development and expansion plans.
• Setting challenging and ambitious but achievable targets
• Oversee day-to-day operations and strive for efficiency and quality whilst complying to regulation standards
• Achievements of manufacturing production, business sales and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Ensure ESQ requirements are enacted
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business and implement strategies to ensure business continuity

The Successful Applicant

To succeed in this role you shall possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in Management or Engineering
• Proven track record as a GM or in similar role within the manufacturing industry
• Track record in driving business growth and market expansion
• Problem solving aptitude and self motivated
• Proven strategic, operational and leadership abilities with demonstrated significant impact to the business results
• Strong business acumen
