Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. The suitable candidate will join a team of engineers and operations specialists in the support of DBS' Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations. Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day Pin Advise printing
- Reviewing of Audit Reports and prompt escalation of violations
- Perform ID provisioning request
- Support yearly DR Drills and Audit artefacts.
- Support team administration works.
- Diploma in IT or equivalent
- Good in Microsoft Excel is a MUST
- Meticulous in work
