Job Title Team Lead, Track and Alignment ReportsTo: Technical Manager PositionSummary: The AlignmentEngineering Team Leader leads a relatively small team that has to work withlimited supervision. The position isresponsible for overseeing track alignment / viaduct alignment andconstruction plan production on large design-build transportation alignments. KeyActivities ·Review projecttender track alignment and look for optimizations; ·Produce trackalignment models on AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or other available software; ·Review Structuregauge and track clearance all along the project; ·Produce, togetherwith a team of draftsment, alignment drawings in all design stages, allalong the project life; ·Participate totechnical meetings with Client’s representative on all issues related to trackalignment; ·Prepare or overseethe preparation of final plans and reports and submi them for approval; ·Provide qualitycontrol reviews for other track alignment segments within the projectcorridor; ·Coordinate workwith other engineers, professionsla and the building, within and outsideown discipline, and with support services staff; and ·May assist thetrack engineering in duties related to trackwork design, interface andcoordination. Qualifications/ Skills and Knowledge Requirements ·AutoCAD Civil 3D/MicroStatoin / Geopak / BIM; ·Excellent command ofMS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint); ·Fluent in bothspoken and written English ·Self-driven, dynamichaving strong analytical skills and attention to detail; and ·Having strong sense of initiative and ability to plan and prioritizeworkload to meet deadlines EducationalRequirements ·Bachelor of Sciencein Civil Engineering; and ·Registeredprofessional with at least five (5) years of related experience in the designof vertical structures, preferably railway stations Summary of role requirements:
